Light steel village housing settlement — drone view from the site
As part of the village houses project realised in the disaster zone, a settlement of detached homes with light steel load-bearing systems was built. All load-bearing panels were produced on the roll-forming lines at our Polatlı facility and assembled on site in a short time.
Thanks to an assembly schedule aligned with the settlement's infrastructure planning, the homes were delivered far faster than conventional construction. Highly insulated wall layers and an earthquake-resistant steel frame provided a safe living environment suited to the region's conditions.
The project was run on a planned site schedule from foundation preparation to roof cladding. The delivered homes serve the local community as low-maintenance, energy-efficient buildings suitable for long-term use.
